Job summary

Coesia North America is seeking a Technical Regional Sales Manager to deliver complete PWR automation solutions, including robotic cells, integration concepts, controls, vision, service, and training. You will act as the primary commercial and technical interface for customers in the region.

This role requires a strong background in PWR mechanics and high-speed pick-and-place applications, plus a consultative sales approach.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of technical sales in robotics or high-speed industrial equipment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or Technical Sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow sales performance for robotics technologies in the region.
• Lead technical discussions on system architecture, payloads, speeds and integration.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecasts, and growth strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain CRM records and report on opportunities, wins, and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, controls, and service to deliver complete robotic solutions.
