TLD Robotics seeks an Area Sales Manager to expand our customer base and deepen relationships across North America. You will manage key accounts from equipment installations through service, spotting opportunities to add value with new products.

The role requires travel, including international trips, and relies on a strong grasp of robotics solutions, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; technical or business degree preferred.
• Five or more years of sales experience with a track record of success.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and oversee the full lifecycle from commissioning to service.
• Develop product understanding to support customers and strengthen partnerships.
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted resource for operational needs.
• Understand competitors and the Ground Support Equipment industry to identify opportunities.
• Participate in national and international sales meetings and provide leadership insights.
