Emerson is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive North America OEM growth for Emerson Measurement Solutions. You will identify strategic market opportunities, develop key customer relationships, and create scalable adoption pathways across North America from discovery to implementation.

You will collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and channel partners to shape OEM strategies, influence specifications, and accelerate business growth in diverse industrial markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical field.
• Four (4) years of industry experience; two (2) in sales or marketing.
• Willingness to travel 60%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the North America OEM growth strategy, including market segmentation, target account selection, customer engagement plans, and measurable growth objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and grow strategic OEM accounts from discovery through commercial alignment, agreement execution, and implementation.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with engineering, operations, supply chain, commercial, and executive stakeholders while positioning Emerson Measurement Solutions within OEM equipment architectures and repeatable platforms.
• Create and execute strategic account plans that drive design wins, preferred supplier positions, long-term agreements, and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate across sales, industry business development, project pursuit, product management, application engineering, and channel teams to align OEM strategies with end-user demand and capital project opportunities.
• Strengthen OEM selling capabilities by sharing best practices, supporting strategic pursuits, and driving consistent account planning and execution across North America.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, emerging applications, and customer needs while maintaining opportunity management, forecasting, business reviews, and representation at meetings and industry events.
