Job summary

Emerson is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive North America OEM growth for Emerson Measurement Solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field.
• Minimum 4 years in industry; 2+ in sales/marketing.
• Willingness to travel 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North America OEM growth strategy, including market segmentation and target account planning.
• Identify, acquire, and grow strategic OEM accounts from discovery to commercial alignment and implementation.
• Build relationships with engineering, operations, supply chain, commercial, and executive stakeholders to position Emerson Measurement Solutions.
• Create and execute strategic account plans that drive design wins and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, application engineering, and channel teams to align OEM strategies with end-user demand.
• Share best practices and support strategic pursuits to improve account planning and execution across North America.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs with disciplined opportunity management.
