Emerson is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive North America OEM growth for Emerson Measurement Solutions. You will identify opportunities, develop key customer relationships, and shape strategic accounts across industrial markets.

In this role you will partner with sales, product management, application engineering, and channel teams to win design-in opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and accelerate growth with OEMs nationwide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical field or related.
• Four (4) years of industry experience; two (2) in sales or marketing.
• Willingness to travel 60%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the North America OEM growth strategy with market segmentation, target accounts, and customer plans.
• Identify, acquire, and grow strategic OEM accounts from discovery through alignment and implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, operations, supply chain, and executives to position Emerson.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to drive design wins and long-term growth.
• Collaborate across sales, product management, and channel teams to align OEM strategies with demand.
• Share best practices and drive disciplined account planning across North America.
