Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field.
• Four years of industry experience; two in sales or marketing.
• Willingness to travel 60%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States – no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North America OEM growth strategy with market segmentation and target accounts.
• Identify and grow OEM accounts from discovery through commercial alignment and implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, operations, supply chain, and executives.
• Create strategic account plans driving design wins and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OEM strategies with end-user demand.
