Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in a technical field or proven equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of IP networks and related protocols.
• Experience in network operations or technical support roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network surveillance, alarms, emails, and phone queues with direct customer calls.
• Manage and resolve incident tickets and communicate with customers and vendors.
• Provide troubleshooting, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis for network events.
• Troubleshoot IPX, IP, and optical circuits using routers, switches, and related gear.
• Support 7x24x365 operations with rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
