Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a Field Support engineer to deliver on-site technical and non-technical support for global IP networks in the Financial Markets domain.

You will handle incident management, ticketing, and collaboration with Cisco/Juniper/Arista engineering to restore services, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring 24x7 coverage as part of a global team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience with troubleshooting circuits.
• 3-5 years’ experience with Network Operations and Troubleshooting.
• ITIL Certification.
• Experience with NOC environments.
• Computer Science / applicable degree, or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Experience in a financial industry support role preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical or non-technical product support and service to customers.
• Raise incident tickets and coordinate with engineering for resolution.
• Perform second-level network and protocol troubleshooting and debugging.
• Monitor and manage IP networks, VPNs, and MPLS traffic.
• Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide after-hours on-call escalation support on a rotating schedule.
• Assist in project handover and readiness for NOC operations.
