Transaction Network Services is seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical and non-technical product support to customers in the Financial Markets domain. The role focuses on IP networks, routing, and incident management within a global support structure.

You will work with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper devices, manage tickets, and participate in rotating after-hours coverage to ensure high availability and quality service for clients.

• Provide on-call escalation support with after-hours rotation.
• Monitor and manage IP networks (TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS) and routing protocols.
• Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
• Coordinate with Cisco and Juniper TAC for vendor support.
• Raise incident tickets and triage following runbooks.
• Engage NOC engineers to ensure incidents are resolved with minimal impact.
