Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a Field Support Engineer to join our Global IP Desk and deliver on-site technical and customer-focused network support. The role emphasizes TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS expertise, with hands-on Cisco/Arista/Juniper configuration and strong incident management skills.

You will work in a 24x7 global team, coordinate with NOC and vendor teams, handle escalations, and ensure stable core networks for Financial Markets services.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in network operations and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS.
• Experience with Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
• ITIL certification or familiarity preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor event management systems.
• Provide on-call escalation support.
• Raise incident tickets and perform triage.
• Second-level network and protocol troubleshooting.
• Coordinate maintenance and change management activities.
• Engage NOC engineers to close incidents.
• Work in a 24x7 IP Desk coverage on rotation.
• Support global financial markets network infrastructure.
