Transaction Network Services is seeking a Field Support Engineer to deliver on-site IP/network support for Financial Markets infrastructure. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting of TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS, with strong interaction with customers and internal teams.

You will work with Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices, assist with incident management, and participate in 24x7 coverage on a global team. A CS degree or equivalent, plus ITIL familiarity, is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience with TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS networks and routing protocols.
• Hands-on configuration of Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
• Experience with vendor support (Cisco/Juniper TAC).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site technical or non-technical product support to customers.
• Raise and manage incident tickets; escalate to engineering as needed.
• Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide after-hours on-call escalation support on a rotating schedule.
• Ensure incident resolution with minimal service impact.
