Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a Field Support/Network Operations professional to deliver on-site support for the Financial Markets infrastructure. The role involves incident management, escalation, and coordination with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper devices, with a strong emphasis on TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks.

You will work with a global team in a 24x7 coverage model, performing change management activities and ensuring rapid restoration of services for financial markets clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting large-scale TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers/switches.
• ITIL Certification and strong MS Office/Visio skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical or non-technical product support to customers.
• Raise incident tickets and assign to engineers; participate in escalation as needed.
• Coordinate and support network maintenance and change management activities per policy.
• Provide 24x7 on-call escalation as part of a global IP Desk rotation.
• Ensure incidents are resolved with minimal service impact.
