Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical and non-technical product support for financial markets infrastructure. You will handle global TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks, troubleshoot routing, and coordinate incident management with NOC engineers in a 24x7 coverage model.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper equipment, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in network operations or financial markets support.
• Hands-on with Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• ITIL Certification or equivalent service management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with NOC environments and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks.
• Troubleshoot routing protocols and hardware issues.
• Coordinate incident tickets and escalate to engineering when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of change management and after-hours on-call rotation.
• Work as part of a 24x7 IP Desk team.
