Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a skilled Network Operations professional for the Financial Markets Global IP Desk. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain large-scale TCP/IP networks, VPNs, and MPLS across global environments, working closely with NOC and engineering teams to deliver reliable service.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper devices, knowledge of routing protocols, ITIL processes, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience supporting IP networks in financial services.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS routing.
Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and perform incident management.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd level support for IP network issues with global scope.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista, and Juniper routers/switches.
Raise incidents and coordinate with NOC and engineers.
Assist with change management and scheduled maintenance.
Provide after-hours escalation on rotation.
Support incident restoration with minimal service impact.
Maintain knowledge of financial markets network data and protocols.
