Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks technically skilled professionals to support the Global IP Desk, ensuring stability and availability of Financial Markets infrastructure. You will raise and triage incidents, perform complex routing and hardware troubleshooting, and collaborate with NOC engineers on 24x7 coverage.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in IP/network support, hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper gear, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience with troubleshooting circuits.
Experience supporting global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
Hands-on configuration of Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
Experience working with external customers in a NOC/Network Operations setting.
Familiarity with ITIL and change management processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks including routing protocols.
Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
Coordinate with Cisco/Juniper TAC and manage vendor interfaces.
Perform second-level network/troubleshooting and incident triage using runbooks.
Raise incidents in the TNS ticketing system and work with 24x7 NOC coverage.
Engage engineers on incidents to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact.
Contribute to readiness checks for project handover into NOC operations.
