Job summary

Valet Living is looking for a field-based Area Leader to supervise 15–40 Service Valets across 20–40 multifamily communities, ensuring safe, timely waste, recycling, and compost collection. You will lead onboarding and coaching, review audits, and monitor performance with the iValet dashboard.

This role follows a Sunday-Thursday schedule with a company vehicle; it blends 70% field-based work and 30% remote administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading a team or crew in a hands-on environment.
• Must be organized with strong attention to detail and scheduling.
• Proficiency with data and ability to interpret reports to drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to address issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training of Service Valets; conduct regular team meetings and safety checks.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure service within budget and standards.
• Visit properties, perform audits, resolve issues, and use the iValet dashboard for performance tracking.
