Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple communities. You will lead a team of Service Valets, train staff, monitor performance via dashboards, and ensure on-time service while managing schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience: oversee a team or crew in hands-on environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented: manage schedules, track service, follow up on issues.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with MS Office and learning new platforms.
• Data-driven: interpret reports and drive decisions.
• Strong communicator: clear verbal and written skills.
• Problem solver: address issues quickly with solutions.
• Education: high school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Physical: ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead Your Team: onboard/train Service Valets, provide coaching, conduct safety checks, manage schedules and timecards, and maintain budget adherence.
• Keep Operations Running Smoothly: review service quality at properties, run audits, resolve issues, and use iValet dashboard to track performance.
• Support Daily/Admin Tasks: assist with hiring/training, distribute supplies, monitor staffing levels with Operations Manager, and oversee fleet safety.
