Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost services across multiple communities. You’ll lead 15–40 Service Valets, ensuring safe, on-time service and operational efficiency.

Expect a schedule that is Sunday–Thursday evenings with some flexibility. You will train staff, monitor performance via the iValet dashboard, and collaborate with the Operations Manager on cost control and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising a team in a hands-on environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train your team of Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and safety checks to reinforce best practices.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and keep the team on track and within budget.
• Foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement.
