Job summary

Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services across multiple communities. You will lead 15–40 Service Valets, ensuring safety, timeliness, and quality, while using data to drive decisions.

The role blends field leadership with 30% remote administrative work, offering strong benefits and a company vehicle. A HS diploma and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in a hands-on setting.
• Ability to organize schedules, track service, and resolve issues.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with field tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Provide coaching, lead safety checks, and uphold service standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and keep costs within budget.
• Visit properties to audit service quality and address issues promptly.
• Use the iValet dashboard to monitor performance and ensure timely completion.
