Job summary

Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to supervise a team of 15–40 Service Valets across multiple communities. The role focuses on delivering timely waste, recycling, and compost collection, using the iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure quality service.

You will manage schedules, provide coaching, and maintain safety standards while partnering with the Operations Manager on staffing and cost control.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a hands-on environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret reports and drive decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Coach the team, lead safety checks, and reinforce service standards.
• Manage schedules, timecards, and budget adherence while monitoring performance.
• Visit properties to audit service quality and resolve issues.
• Support hiring, training, and administrative tasks with the Operations Manager.
