Job summary

Valet Living, LLC is seeking a field‑based Area Leader to supervise a team of 15 to 40 Service Valets across multiple multifamily communities. You will oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection, ensuring safety, reliability, and on‑time service.

You will lead coaching, scheduling, and budget adherence while using the iValet dashboard to monitor performance and drive improvements. A strong, communicative leader with organizational skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising a team or crew in a hands-on environment.
• Able to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues.
• Data‑driven with ability to interpret reports and make decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by onboarding and training Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide coaching through regular meetings and safety checks to reinforce standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budgets to stay on track.
• Visit properties to review service quality, conduct audits, and resolve issues.
• Use the iValet dashboard and other tools to track performance and ensure timely completion.
• Support with hiring/training new Valets and with daily administrative tasks.
