Valet Living seeks a Field-based Area Leader to supervise 15–40 Service Valets across multiple communities, ensuring safe, on-time waste, recycling, and compost collection. You’ll lead onboarding, coaching, scheduling, audits, and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, data-driven decisions, and a strong focus on service reliability, with a 70% field-based and 30% remote administrative workload. A company vehicle is provided and evening hours apply.

Qualifications

• Onboard and train a team of Service Valets to deliver high-quality waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support through regular team meetings and safety checks.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and keep the team on track and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead team onboarding and training for service delivery.

• Visit properties to review service quality and resolve issues.
