Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple multifamily communities. You will lead 15–40 Service Valets, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality service.

You’ll manage schedules, coach the team, and monitor performance with iValet dashboards. This role blends field leadership with remote administrative tasks and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience overseeing a team in a hands-on environment (1+ year preferred).
• Strong organization and attention to detail with scheduling and follow-ups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team of Service Valets to deliver high-quality waste, recycling, and compost collection services.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure service quality and budget alignment.
• Assist with hiring, training, and provisioning supplies; support operations manager to monitor staffing and costs.
