Job summary

Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services across multiple multifamily communities. You’ll manage a team of 15 to 40 Service Valets, ensuring service is safe, on time, and within budget.

This role rewards problem solving, data-driven decision making, and hands-on leadership in a mostly field-based setting with some remote administrative work.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience overseeing a team in a hands-on environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Your Team: Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver high-quality waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and safety checks to reinforce standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budgets.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Visit properties to review service quality and resolve issues.
