Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services across multiple communities. You will lead a team of 15–40 Service Valets, drive on-time service, and coach team members to uphold safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and effective communication to keep operations on track. A supervisory background and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience of a team or crew in a hands-on environment is preferred.
• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to manage schedules and follow up on issues.
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new platforms; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide coaching, conduct team meetings and safety checks to reinforce standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure budget adherence.
• Foster accountability and open communication for continuous improvement.
• Visit properties to review service quality, perform audits, and resolve issues.
