Job summary

Valet Living is a field-based company seeking an Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple multifamily communities. You will supervise a team of 15–40 Service Valets, train them, and ensure service is reliable, safe, and on schedule.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, hands-on coaching, and budget awareness, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule 6:00 PM–12:30 AM plus two flexible hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong scheduling skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; quick to learn new platforms.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret reports and drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets; provide coaching and safety checks.
• Manage schedules and timecards; ensure budget adherence.
• Conduct regular team meetings and safety audits.
• Visit properties to review service quality and resolve issues.
• Use the iValet dashboard to track performance and timely service completion.
• Assist with hiring and training new Service Valets.
