Job summary

Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple communities. You’ll manage a team of 15–40 Service Valets, overseeing schedules, safety checks, and on-time service delivery while driving cost efficiency.

This role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and comfort with data-driven decision making. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience overseeing a team.
• Organized and detail-oriented with scheduling and budgeting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn new platforms.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret reports and drive decisions.
• Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Problem solver able to adapt and resolve issues.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License required; able to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team of Service Valets; onboard, train, coach, and schedule.
• Visit properties, audit service quality, resolve issues, and track performance.
• Assist with hiring, training, supplies, and fleet maintenance.
