Job summary

Valet Living, LLC is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise a team of 15–40 Service Valets across multiple communities. You will drive on-time waste, recycling, and compost collection, coach staff, and manage schedules and budgets in a primarily field-oriented role.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of supervisory experience, strong organization, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication. The position includes a company vehicle and a hybrid schedule with core evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervising a team in a hands-on setting.
• Strong organizational and detail-orientation to manage schedules and service.
• Comfort with data and reporting to drive decisions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with quick adaptation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn new platforms.
• HS diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training of Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and safety checks; conduct team meetings.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budget compliance.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
• Visit properties to audit service quality and resolve issues.
• Use iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service.
• Assist with hiring, supplies, and fleet maintenance oversight.
