Job summary

Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling and compost collection for 20–40 multifamily communities. You will supervise 15–40 Service Valets, manage schedules, audits, and budget adherence while keeping operations on track.

A company vehicle is provided, and the role is 70% field-based with 30% remote administrative work. The position emphasizes coaching, safety checks, problem solving, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a hands-on environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with schedule tracking abilities.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Office and new platforms.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret reports and drive decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solver who adapts quickly to issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and onboard a team of Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Provide coaching, conduct regular meetings and safety checks.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budgets.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Visit properties to review service quality and complete audits.
• Use iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally.
• Assist with hiring and training new Valets and distribute supplies.
