Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple communities. You will manage 15–40 Service Valets, ensuring safety, timeliness, and quality while using data to drive decisions.

The role combines field work with remote administration, with a pay range of $22.00–$24.00 per hour, a company vehicle, and a schedule Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 PM–12:30 AM, plus two flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience: at least one-year overseeing a team in a hands-on environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage schedules and track service.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new platforms.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret reports and drive decisions.
• Strong communicator; clear verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team of Service Valets; onboard and train; provide coaching and safety checks.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and keep team on track and within budget.
• Visit properties to review service quality, perform audits, and resolve issues.
• Use the iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service.
• Assist with hiring and training new Service Valets; manage supplies and costs.
