Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a Field Area Leader to supervise a team of 15–40 Service Valets across multiple communities, ensuring nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection is reliable, safe, and on time. This role combines hands-on leadership with data-driven decision making.

You will onboard and train staff, coach teams, manage schedules and timecards, visit properties, and use the iValet dashboard to monitor performance, while collaborating with the Operations Manager to keep costs in check

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a hands-on environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances outdoors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Provide coaching, conduct team meetings and safety checks.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budgets.
• Visit properties to review service quality and resolve issues.
• Use iValet dashboard to track performance and timeliness.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supplies distribution.
