The role emphasizes coaching, audits, and using the iValet dashboard to track performance, while maintaining strong communication with residents and property teams.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage schedules, timecards, and budgets.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and using dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide coaching, conduct safety checks, and lead team meetings.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor costs.
