Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across 20–40 multifamily communities. You will manage a team of 15–40 Service Valets, ensuring safe, timely service and adherence to budget.

This role blends field leadership with remote admin work (70% field, 30% remote). It offers evening hours, onboarding, and opportunities to develop operations and people management skills within a growth‑oriented company.

Qualifications

• One year or more of supervisory experience leading a field crew or team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection services.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching, conduct regular team meetings and safety checks.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor costs within budget.
• Foster accountability, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
• Visit properties to review service quality and address issues.
