Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services across multiple communities. You will lead a team of 15–40 Service Valets, train them, and ensure safe, on-time service while managing schedules and budgets.

The role emphasizes coaching, audits, and using data dashboards to drive performance, with a mix of field work and remote administrative tasks. Company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience overseeing a team or crew in a hands-on environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues.
• Tech-savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new platforms.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret reports and make decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solver with quick adaptation to issues.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Coaching, safety checks, team meetings, and budget adherence.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure timely service within budget.
• Visit properties to audit service quality, resolve issues, and track performance using tools.
• Assist with hiring/training, distribute supplies, monitor staffing, and support cost control.
