Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a high-volume facility in Menomonee Falls. You will oversee on-floor teams, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive productivity while coordinating with shift leaders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead with a safety mindset to keep associates injury-free and promote a safety-first culture.
Coach and develop warehouse associates; address gaps and performance with managers.
Direct and supervise warehouse work to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Oversee order accuracy, staging, and loading onto trucks; prepare for shipping/receiving on next shift.
Monitor performance metrics and intervene to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
