Job summary

You will supervise on-floor associates, coach performance, manage shifts, and coordinate with the operations team to maintain inventory integrity while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading unionized, hourly warehouse staff.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory control and safety regulations (OSHA/HACCP).
• Ability to interpret operational data and improve cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise operations to ensure accurate orders and timely shipping/receiving.
• Schedule shifts and manage dock locations for inbound/outbound flows.
• Monitor performance metrics and enforce productivity and safety targets.
• Collaborate with management to reduce inventory shrink and costs.
