US Foods is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will lead a team to ensure safe, accurate, and timely receiving and storage of inbound product and loading of outbound orders.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive efficiency across shifts, while upholding food safety and FIFO guidelines. The role requires 3+ years in warehousing and 1+ year in supervision, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safety-first culture and ensure injury-free operations.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates; address performance gaps.
• Direct productivity and staffing to meet shipping/receiving targets and schedules.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across shifts.
