US Foods is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead the overnight team, plan daily loads, and ensure secure, efficient and compliant operations. You will supervise night staff, hire and train personnel, and coordinate with Transportation and Day Warehouse managers to meet timelines and safety goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience in warehouse supervision.
• Able to interpret financial and operational data.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HAACP and other regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develops operation plans for daily loads and communicates plans to supervisors.
• Directs workforce to ensure efficient workflow and on-time truck loading.
• Oversees interview, hiring, review, discipline and termination for night personnel.
• Creates load plans to meet weight restrictions and customer requests.
• Monitors inventory losses, production goals and safety reports.
• Identifies problems and recommends changes to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Oversees warehouse maintenance in compliance with OSHA requirements.
• In union facilities, assists with interpreting the collective bargaining agreement.
