US Foods is seeking a Manager, Warehouse to lead a dynamic team in a full-time warehouse setting. You will champion safety, supervise staff, and drive efficient operations from receiving to loading, ensuring accuracy and on-time performance.

With at least three years in warehouse distribution and strong leadership skills, you will mentor associates, oversee hiring, and enforce procedures that meet food-safety standards and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure injury-free associates and a safety-first culture.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise work to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Hire and evaluate warehouse personnel with Sr. Managers and address performance gaps.
• Ensure accurate orders are prepared, staged, and loaded for shipping.
• Monitor shifts and data to maintain rates and best practices; coach as needed.
