Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Manager, Warehouse to lead a safety‑driven team, optimize receiving, storage and outbound loading, and drive cost-effective warehouse operations. You will coach associates, manage performance, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining compliance with food safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse distributions, at least 1 year overseeing staff, and a strong grasp of OSHA/HACCP practices.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
HACCP certification a plus.
PCQI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead with a safety mindset to keep associates injury-free and maintain a safety-first culture.
Oversee and coach warehouse associates, address gaps, and review performance with Sr. Warehouse Managers.
Direct and supervise on-floor activities to achieve accurate orders and timely shipping/receiving.
Monitor productivity metrics and adjust coaching to improve rates and safety.
Schedule shifts and allocate dock locations for inbound and outbound flows.
Ensure compliance with MSS, FSQA, and food safety procedures.
