Job summary

US Foods in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a frontline team in a fast-paced distribution center. You will drive safety, oversee coaching, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while coordinating shipping and receiving across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory control familiarity, and adherence to OSHA/HACCP standards. A high school diploma is required, with college degree preferred, and the position involves physical work in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and train associates on policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates and address performance gaps.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff to achieve accurate orders.
• Schedule shifts and ensure readiness for shipping/receiving.
• Monitor productivity and take corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding with managers.
• Ensure MSS and FSQA compliance and proper FIFO processes.
• Maintain safety and sanitation and oversee asset care.
