Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Manager, Warehouse to lead a safety‑driven, cost‑conscious warehouse operation in Florida. You will coach and develop associates, optimize inbound receiving and outbound loading, and drive productivity while upholding food safety, FIFO, and MSS/FSQA standards.

The role requires oversight of a diverse team, implementing process improvements, and maintaining a culture aligned with US Foods values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• 1 year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to keep associates injury-free.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
• Schedule shifts and ensure proper dock locations and storage.
• Monitor performance and drive costs control and safety targets.
