Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Manager, Warehouse to lead a team of hourly associates in a safety‑driven, cost-conscious operation. You will manage personnel, ensure accurate receiving and storage, and drive efficient processes across shifts.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience with hourly workers and union experience, plus a focus on safety, communication, and cost control in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience managing hourly warehouse employees.
• Experience leading union employees is required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to keep associates injury-free and drive safety culture.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates; address gaps and monitor performance.
• Direct and supervise on-floor activities to ensure accurate orders and timely loading.
• Oversee hiring and disciplinary actions in coordination with Sr. Warehouse Managers.
• Plan and designate dock locations, oversee stock in proper locations per FIFO.
