This role emphasizes safety, process discipline, and people development, including hiring, training, and ongoing coaching, while ensuring FIFO, inventory control, and compliant operations in a busy warehouse

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year experience overseeing a workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure injury-free associates.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Interview and hire warehouse personnel in collaboration with senior managers.
• Direct associates to achieve accurate orders and timely loading onto trucks.
• Monitor productivity and safety metrics and address gaps with corrective action.
• Schedule shifts and ensure proper stocking, FIFO, and readiness for shipping.
