Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse to lead a safety-first, cost-conscious operation. You will develop warehouse managers and ensure safe, accurate inbound receipt and outbound loading within a unionized environment.

The role emphasizes engagement with leaders and associates, process improvement, and collaboration with HR and VP Operations to maintain high standards and zero-defect accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Experience leading unionized warehouse associates and managers.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
• Develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and training.
• Oversee and develop all warehouse staff and performance.
• Ensure safe and timely receiving, storage, and loading.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and loading plans.
