Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• HACCP certification a plus.
• PCQI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to maintain an injury-free warehouse.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Hire, coach and discipline warehouse personnel as needed.
• Ensure accurate orders and timely shipping/receiving.
• Schedule shifts and monitor MSS/FSQA requirements.
