Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Basic computer skills and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to maintain injury-free operations.
• Direct and supervise warehouse associates and drive productivity.
• Hire, coach and develop staff; review performance and address gaps.
• Ensure accurate orders, staging, and loading to trucks.
• Monitor KPIs and safety targets; enforce MSS and FSQA requirements.
