Job summary

ShipMonk is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead a team of 25–30 associates in Las Vegas fulfillment operations. You’ll direct night shift execution, coach staff, and ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity in real time.

You’ll own labor allocation, workflow, performance metrics, and handoffs between shifts, while developing team members and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced ecommerce logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment
• Strong coaching and people‑leadership skills
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced operation
• Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work an overnight/night‑shift schedule
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety in real time
• Adjust labor and workflow as volume and priorities change
• Coach associates on the floor and address performance issues early
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with other departments
• Use performance data to identify root causes and improve results
• Train and onboard new associates
• Maintain inventory accuracy, equipment standards, sanitation, and safety
• Ensure a strong handoff between shifts by communicating results and risks
