ShipMonk is hiring a Night Shift Operations Supervisor to lead a team of 25–30 warehouse associates in our Las Vegas fulfillment operations. Youll direct night activities, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and adjust labor to meet priorities while ensuring safety and accuracy.

This on-site role drives real-time decisions that impact our merchants. We value data-driven leaders who own their shift, push for improvements, and ensure smooth handoffs between shifts as ShipMonk grows.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment.
Strong coaching and people‑leadership skills.
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced operation.
Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance.
Ability to work an overnight/night‑shift schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates on the night shift.
Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety in real time.
Adjust labor and workflow as volume and priorities change.
Coach associates on the floor and address performance issues early.
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Train and onboard new associates and maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure strong shift handoffs with clear communication of results, risks, and issues.
