Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong coaching and people-leadership skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced operation.
• Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work an overnight/night-shift schedule.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Set shift priorities and coach on the floor.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, accuracy, attendance in real time.
• Adjust labor and workflow as volume changes.
• Coach associates on the floor and address performance issues.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with other departments.
• Use performance data to identify root causes and improve results.
• Train and onboard new associates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, equipment standards, sanitation, and safety.
• Ensure clear handoffs between shifts and communicate results and risks.
